It’s easy to miscalculate the correct sharpening angle when using a steel. For those who lack confidence in their honing skills, this electric knife sharpener should put their mind at ease. A sharpening channel on this appliance holds blades at the correct angle. Users simply draw knife blades through the groove several times at a consistent speed (with the power switch engaged) to sharpen them.
